• Scheduling Data: Workout schedules and calendar information
• Coaching Data: If you use coaching features, data shared between coach and client accounts

We automatically collect:

• Usage Information: Features used, session duration, and interaction patterns
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for sync functionality
• Analytics Data: Aggregated usage statistics to improve the Service

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Sync your workout data across your devices
• Enable AI Coach features to provide personalized workout guidance
• Facilitate coaching relationships between coaches and clients
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Process payments for Pro subscriptions
• Analyze usage to improve user experience and develop new features

4. AI Coach and Data Processing

The AI Coach feature analyzes your workout history to provide personalized guidance and recommendations. This analysis is performed using AI services, and your workout data may be processed by our AI service provider (OpenAI) to generate responses. We do not use your data to train AI models.

5. Coaching Feature and Data Sharing

If you connect with a coach or accept clients as a coach:

• Coaches can view their clients' workout history, routines, and progress
• Coaches can share routines and provide feedback to their clients
• You can disconnect from a coach or remove a client at any time, which revokes data access

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) with encryption in transit and at rest. For offline functionality, data is also stored locally on your device. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share your information only:

• Service Providers: With Firebase/Google Cloud for hosting and storage, OpenAI for AI features, and payment processors for subscriptions
• Coaching Relationships: With coaches or clients you have connected with, as described above
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data within the app
• Export: Export your workout data at any time
• Delete: Delete your account and all associated data through the app settings
• Correct: Update your information through your account settings
• Disconnect: End coaching relationships at any time
• Opt Out: Unsubscribe from promotional communications

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States (where Google Cloud and OpenAI operate) and New Zealand (where we operate). By using the Service, you consent to these transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
